Scheduled Tasks window

The Scheduled Tasks window is displayed as an application with menus and a toolbar.

The window lists all file transfers programmed with AceFTP as well as a calendar allowing viewing quickly the expected date of the next execution.

The Scheduled Tasks Window

Menus bar	The menus allow accessing the scheduled transfer tasks' editing commands.
Toolbar	The toolbar allows accessing frequently used commands.
Task List	The table displays the names and details of the scheduled tasks: Name of the task. Site Profile used to configure the connection. Script to execute when connecting. Schedule of the transfer task. Next Run Time of the task. Last Run Time of the task.
Action	Site profile and script associated to the task as defined when creating a new task. The Scheduled tasks uses site profiles defined using the Wizard and the scripts associated to this profile. Actions are defined during the step 2 when creating a task.
Triggers	Detailed scheduled date and execution frequency. The task execution frequency is defined during the step 3 when creating a task.
Trigger Schedule	Calendar allowing viewing the scheduled task dates.
